The following By-Law Changes were presented to the voting delegates at the 2008 Annual Meeting.

Proposed By-Law Change #1 ~ Approved

Purpose- To eliminate Non-Club Affiliated Membership

Proposed By-Law Change #2 ~ Approved

Purpose- To rename Commercial to Contributing Director

Proposed By-Law Change #3 ~ Approved

Purpose- To ensure meetings between directors and membership

Proposed By-Law Change #4 ~ Approved

Purpose: To ensure Assistant Director will assume all duties of the Director in his absence.

Proposed By-Law Change #5 ~ Failed

Purpose: To eliminate Junior Memberships and have ages coincide with membership and delegate requirements.

Proposed By-Law Change #6 ~ Approved

Purpose: To remove “Distributor”

Proposed By-Law Change #7 ~ Approved

Purpose: To lengthen term limits of the President and Vice-President from two- one year terms to three - one year terms.


Proposed By-Law Change #8 ~ Failed

Purpose: To allow the Board of Directors to remove an executive officer or director for just cause.
