This course can be taken by drivers who have received a non-criminal minor traffic ticket, or who have been ordered by the court to complete a Basic Driver Improvement (BDI/TCAC) course.
Drivers who hold a Commercial Driver License (CDL) cannot take this course to dismiss a ticket, regardless of the type of vehicle they are driving at the time of the violation.

The Basics:
- This course is 4 hours in length.
- The final exam in this course contains 50 multiple-choice questions. 40 need to be answered correctly to pass. There is unlimited attempts at the final exam, but every time the exam is taken, the questions will be different.
- Download your certificate and submit it to the Clerk of Courts for the county that issued your citation.
