This course allows you to dismiss your traffic citation so that it does not appear on your driving record. To take this course, you would have to hold a driver’s license and have received instructions from a court to take this course to have their fee waived. You are required to submit the certificate to the court in person.

The Basics:
- This course is 6 hours in length
- The final exam is 30 questions. 21 questions need to be answered correctly in order to pass.
- You have 3 attempts at the final exam. If you fail all 3 attempts, the course will restart from the beginning.
Fees:
We charge NO additional fees for our course. However, there is a $3 administrative fee that Texas law requires us to collect prior to enrollment. By charging $25 for the course, and $3 for the administrative fee, we are charging the lowest prices possible per the Texas Education Code. Click here for more details.
We encourage you to thoroughly verify your registration details before taking the Final Exam. If you notice any of your registration details are incorrect after passing the final exam, then state law requires us to charge a $10 fee to create a duplicate certificate. This means that a new certificate will be created, which has a new certificate number, along with the change you are requesting.
