What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by debit card, credit card, and PayPal.
I don’t see an option to use my debit card, only credit.
You can select “credit card” and enter your debit card information in the spaces provided. The transaction will still be able to process using your debit card.
I’m getting an error message that is preventing me from completing payment.
Please make a note of the exact wording of the message. Then do the following:
- If you were using a debit or credit card, contact your bank or credit card company to determine the reason why the payment was rejected. You may need to confirm your intention to make the purchase before it will be approved.
- If your bank or credit card company says that there is no reason why the purchase would have been rejected, please send an email to support@usnhsa.com and include the exact wording of the error message your received.
- If you were using your PayPal account, contact PayPal to determine the reason why they did not approve your purchase. If you did not see any error message, but you do not see any courses in your account after the purchase was completed, send an email to support@usnhsa.com to report the problem, and if possible, include your PayPal transaction ID.
Do you accept prepaid debit cards or gift cards?
Yes, but only if they contain all of the information that would be found on a credit card, such as an expiration date, a cardholder name, and a security code. If your gift card has that information, then you can enter the information on the payment screen as though it were a credit card.
