How can I cancel my order and request a refund?

You can send an email to support@usnhsa.com using the email address on your account. Keep in mind that if your purchase was made over 30 days ago, or if a certificate has already been issued on your account, your purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

What should I do if I bought the wrong course by mistake?

Please send an email to support@usnhsa.com from the email address on your account, and explain that you accidentally purchased the wrong course. Please also indicate in your email which course you intended to purchase. Our customer support team will assist in making the correction as quickly as possible.

Can I have my refund issued to a different card or PayPal account?

No, a refund will only be issued to the debit card, credit card, or PayPal account that originally made the purchase.

Can I call someone if I have a question about my purchase or want a refund?

Yes, you can reach a Customer Support representative at (800) 829-3727. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM EST. To confirm your account, we will need to verify the last 4 digits of your credit card number, or alternative account information if a PayPal account was used to make the purchase.
