Snowmobilers from across NH converged at the Mountain View Grand Resort on May 18 to celebrate the milestone 50th anniversary of the New Hampshire Snowmobile Association. Frank and Karen Roy are members of the Umbagog Snowmobile Association. Years snowmobiling: 50-60 Current ride: 2018 Pisten Bully 400 Trail Favorite sled of all time: Karen claims that Frank’s favorite snowmobile was a Yamaha Vmax. Why would she remember? I was just an 11-year-old kid back in 1962, when witnessing my first snowmobile race here in Lancaster, NH.
