As a Refer-a-Friend member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to the Terms of Use of National Highway Safety Administration (hereafter referred to as NHSA), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for NHSA's Refer-a-Friend program:

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE PARTICIPATING AT YOUR OWN RISK AND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER U.S. LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL NHSA BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF DAMAGES RELATED TO OR ARISING FROM THE PROGRAM OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM.

Overview:

Refer a friend to join NHSA's driving course program with three referrals in a 60 day period of purchasing your course. If all three referrals successfully complete the course payment process for NHSA using your referral link within these 60 days, and these referrals do not request a refund of their purchases, you will earn a full refund of your course payment. 

This Program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. Nor should you refer anyone under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use the Program under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 

•         Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made by three persons (a “Referred Customer”) who arrives at our website, usNHSA.com or NationalHighwaySafetyAdministration.com by clicking your Refer-a-Friend program link. You are limited to one Referral Refund in the 60 days before your link expires. Additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
•         Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address).
•         Referral Rewards. For you to earn referral refund as a Referrer, the three Referred Customers must complete an order greater than $10 in total value, minus all fees including taxes, discounts, returns, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, and/or other 3rd party fees.
•         Reward Payments. Rewards are payable in a full refund. The maximum Qualified Referrals earned per calendar year may be no more than 1 refund for Qualified Referrals.
•         60 day Clause. Rewards will be received by the “Referrer” when the third “Referred Customer’s” purchase of an NHSA course has been placed within 60 days of the "Referrer's" purchase of the course from which the "Referrer" is sharing his unique link. Orders that are canceled by or refunded to the “Referred Customer” within 90 days of the "Referred Customer's" purchase will result in no rewards paid to the “Referrer.”
•         Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals only who have purchased an NHSA course that qualify for a refund as set out in these terms. NHSA Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in NHSA's sole discretion. In other words, corporations are not eligible for referrals.
•         No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from NHSA’s Refer-a-Friend program.
•         Right to Refuse Award. NHSA reserves the right to refuse a refund of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the NHSA's Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
•         Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. NHSA reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.

How it works:

After you click “Share.” You can share via email as well as Social Media (Facebook and Twitter). When you share, a unique link will be generated. This unique link is how we make sure you get your referral reward.   

When your friends click on the unique link, they will be directed to our homepage www.usNHSA.com from there, once they purchase the course and we are able to keep track of your referrals. After your third referral, we will get a notification to give you a full refund of your course. 

You will receive an email with a refund approximately thirty (30) days after the third friend successfully completes the NHSA registration process.
